If you are not satisfied with the equipment purchased from Kruman Equipment Company, we will, at your request, replace it without charge to you with an identical model or a machine with comparable features and capabilities.
The term of this guarantee is 1 year from the date of delivery. If the purchase of the equipment is financed by Kruman Equipment Company, the guarantee will apply during the entire term of Kruman Equipment financing.
This guarantee applies to equipment acquired from Kruman Equipment Company and continuously maintained according to the Kruman Equipment Company service contract, under the terms of that contract.
